Fulfilling night

Today has been a really good day for my inner creativity. Well I started the day by treating myself to the movies. My friend and I watched AVATAR in 3D. I enjoyed the visual beauty of the movie, good imagination creating all those phosphorescent creatures. The storyline, the basic story was same old same old, mean humans trying to destroy poor natives for money, it looked like I had watched it before I wrote my previous post. It was a long movie but it didn't feel long so I guess that is a good thing. I did enjoy it, mostly except for the violence, too much for my taste.

Hoy ha sido un buen dia para mi creatividad. Bueno, empece el dia convidandome al cine. Mi amiga y yo fuimos a ver AVATAR en 3D. Disfrute la belleza visual de la peli, buena imaginacion creando todas esas criaturas fosforesccentes. La historia, bueno lo basico era lo mismo de siempre, humanos malisimos queriendo deshacerse de los nativos por dinero, parece que la hubiera visto antes de escribir la entrada anterior. Fue larga la peli pero no lo note, asi que eso es una buena senhal. La disfrute, casi todo menos la excesiva violencia, demasiada para mi gusto.

Today for the first time I played my guitar all over again. I decided to start from zero and try to get where I used to be with it. I really want to learn how to play it and there is no other way than practicing and being consistent with it. Poor neighbors ha!

Hoy por primera vez toque mi guitarra de nuevo. Decidi empezar de cero e intentar llegar en donde me quede. Realmente quiero aprener a tocarla y no hay otro modo mas que practicando y siendo consistente. Pobres vecinos ja!

And finally, after I put Luca to bed, I found on the internet a group here that gets together to paint and draw. The reason why I found it was because I was looking for where could I go to dance flamenco. I love dancing and I used to dance some Spanish dance back when I was younger. I remember that dancing cheers me up a lot, lifts me up and I wish I had the opportunity to do. It has been sooo long since I danced last...so this particular group that I found got together recently to make sketches and drawings of a flamenco dancer! I was so happy about it. All the things I love to do all together. So I went to see their pictures, and out of two of the pictures of the dancer I made two drawings. They are not great, but it's a start.

Y finalmente, tras acostar a Luca, encontre por internet un grupo de aqui que se junta para pintar y dibujar. La razon por la que lo encontre fue porque estaba buscando algun lugar donde poder bailar flamenco. Me encanta bailar y solia hacer baile espanhol cuando era pequenha. Recuerdo como me alegra bailar, como me hace sentir de bien y queria intentar hacerlo. Hace taaanto que no bailo...asi que este grupo en particular la ultima vez que se junto , lo hicieron para dibujar a una bailaora de flamenco!! que ha hecho tanta ilusion. Todo lo que me gusta, junto. Asi que fui a ver sus fotos, y de dos fots de la bailaora hice dos dibujos. No son muy buenos, pero por lo menos es empezar.
